Hands down the best experience I’ve had with replacing my roof. The project manager, Wes Taylor , was professional and patient. He took his time to explain everything and ensuring I had a good understanding of the process. Initially, I reached out to obtain a quote as I had suffered hail damage. Wes worked with me from beginning to end. He helped me when I submitted my claim m and also followed up with the insurance company. He was always readily available. When my insurance was being unresponsive, it was Wes who quite honestly was on too of things. I felt like he really cared. In the end, when it came to replacing my roof, the experience was smooth. Wes was there with a team of 9 who worked all day until dark on completing the roof. The following morning they returned to ensure there was no trash left behind and to make sure no nails left. They were punctual, respectful and professional. Wes returned both days to do a final check. Again, I could not be happier. I am so grateful

Roof Top Innovations did a great job with our replacement. The sales lead was professional, direct, and answered all questions. The installation team showed up when they were supposed to, got the work done on time, and were meticulous about finding all loose nails. When some of the grit from the roof somehow got into the pool (despite the tarp), Roof Top paid to have the pool professionally vacuumed and cleaned to spare the filter. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

We appreciate so much the work Rooftop Innovations did. Not only was Brody very professional and helpful, he was very personable too and was available anytime we had a question or had a special scheduling request. The roof looks amazing, was was completed in a very timely manner, and they left the work area around our house clean. The other major repairs we had done were completed quickly and very well.
