Eric Lugo came out to our home after losing some ridge vents from high winds. Inspected the roof and found a lot of hail damage from previous storms I had no idea. He was so amazing at explaining what we were looking at and advising his recommendations. We opted for a new roof and he handled the entire claim process with my insurance company. The insurance company approved a new roof within days. He explained how the process would be and now that we just finished the roof I can guarantee everything he said he came through with.
