7/18/'23 Hot as Satan's sauna & my unit needed to be cleaned & charged up. My technician was a little bit late, but the office kept me informed. The tech was so nice & professional. He took the time to let me know why my ac was behaving the way it was. And showed me preventative steps to take. Most other services seemed to be gouging for service fee and charge up. Came out in a short amount of time. Diagnosed the problem and was able to get us back up and running in a short amount of time. Did a good job with explanations and answered any quest ions that we had.
