I have used Hensel multiple times for various remodel/emergency reasons throughout the last 7 years, they are always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. If you are told that they will put you on the board instead of making an appointment is because they are super busy and emergency jobs take priority (many companies do this) I was called quickly for appointment so don't get discouraged.
Terrible experience with this company. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. Not only they didn't finish the job they were hired. For my complane woman on the phone advised me to find a different company if I don't like their service and hang up on me. Later on manager insured me that the job will be completed but nothing was moving on and they just left the house. I had to hire different company.
Hensel is a top notch company, the electricians are very polite and knowledgeable!! I would highly recommend them for any electrical work you might need!! They were on time and very professional!!
