Technicians always knowledgeable & eager to answer questions. We subscribe to the "Comfort Club," which means we get our HVAC system serviced twice a year for a flat rate, plus discounts on parts & emergency work. They make recommendations of work that may be needed, but don't pressure you to do it right away. Office staff is always friendly and helpful, too! I always get nervous moving to a new town and having to find reliable service companies, but I have found a gem with Evergreen! Just recently had our old AC/furnace replaced with Evergreen. We went with them because we saw that they had good reviews, but I wanted to make sure ours was included because although pretty good, there are things they need improvement on. The good: The service techs that came out have all been pretty pleasant and respond pretty quickly when we called them. We have had multiple issues with our new AC, so we’ve had to call them out a few times to fix it and they are really good at coming out to keep us comfortable. The company also fixed a mistake they were responsible for (they spilled the contents of the drip pan on our ceiling causing damages to the ceiling). However, this will also get mentioned in the things to improve on. Things Evergreen needs to improve: When the initial tech comes out to survey what needs to be done to your home, PLEASE be very specific on possible issues that may arise. Had my original HVAC person out twice and as well as a plumber to blow out main drain. Problem still occurring after 3 weeks of failed attempts to fix. David M diagnosed and fixed on the first visit!
