I woke up with water all over the AC on July 4th! I was sure no one would come out and help but we called Simpson and he came out right away! He unclogged my AC quickly and gave a fair price! I would definitely recommend calling him for your AC needs! Service: A/C system maintenance
He told me he could repair it and everything would be fine and dandy. I just wanted a quick fix because it is hot outside. $3,500 later, it did not work, AND it took a week of back and forth. Neither quick nor effective. The AC is still broke and now I'm out the money to repair it, the time, and I have to buy a whole new unit anyway. I feel dumb trusting him and I should have done more research and gotten a second opinion. Learn from my tuition: If your machine is older than 10 years old- replace it!
