Last night, we experienced an issue with our AC - the fan stopped working and the vents were only blowing hot air. We reached out to various HVAC companies, but we're faced with the prospect of a long wait without any AC which was not an option given the expected temperatures of 106+ degrees. Fortunately, the next morning we found Baez Heating and Air Conditioning. I made a call at 8:30 AM and by 9:30 AM, they were already on site. John quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly got our system back up and running. He also offered valuable advice on how to keep our system functioning optimally. Can’t recommend John and his crew enough! After a great experience with his company completing a brand new HVAC installation/replacement at my mother-in-law’s house, we called him to give us a second opinion when our AC at our own home stopped working. We’ve had a big name company doing our bi-annual service and called them first. They sent a tech who did very little, if any, testing, and who then told us the coil was bad and recommended we replace the unit ($14k-16k)! John came out the very next day and thoroughly checked over the unit, only to find that the capacitor was bad! He replaced it on the spot, and all was running well again. We are so glad to have someone trustworthy to call when things go wrong! Definitely call Baez Heating and Air Condition for all of your HVAC needs.
