Replaced faulty TPR valve and ran new tubing that was the correct size. Also added drain pan and tubing. I called and they were able to come out the same day. Service: Water heater repair

Had a serious issue and they helped me deal with the emergency over the phone. Crisis averted. They were calm and descriptive while I didn’t know how to describe the issue. They worked with me over the phone and helped me get the situation under control. Service: Water heater repair

They came out quickly, but the quality of work was lacking. We had a shower and tub that were draining really slow and they came out to look at it. They tried snaking the drain from the clean outs but weren’t able to get the water flowing. Ended up telling us that they needed to replace a large section of pipes that ran under our master bathroom and that it would be $7500. For the work they were quoting the price was fair, however we decided to get another opinion before committing to that cost. Another company came out yesterday and they had to use a more powerful drain snake, but an hour later the water was draining and problem was solved for $200. Turns out there was just a hard clog that needed to be forced out and Harvey West either didn’t have the tools to do it or just saw an opportunity to make thousands more on us. Previously I would have given them a good rating, but after that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.
