Harvey West has replaced my water heater and toilet. The same technician (Larry) replaced them both. Larry's professional manner and skills made both instances very pleasant. I will continue using Harvey West! Service: Toilet repair

They came out quickly, but the quality of work was lacking. We had a shower and tub that were draining really slow and they came out to look at it. They tried snaking the drain from the clean outs but weren’t able to get the water flowing. Ended up telling us that they needed to replace a large section of pipes that ran under our master bathroom and that it would be $7500. For the work they were quoting the price was fair, however we decided to get another opinion before committing to that cost. Another company came out yesterday and they had to use a more powerful drain snake, but an hour later the water was draining and problem was solved for $200. Turns out there was just a hard clog that needed to be forced out and Harvey West either didn’t have the tools to do it or just saw an opportunity to make thousands more on us. Previously I would have given them a good rating, but after that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

Brandon Pierce at Harvey West plumbing was a real professional and good at his craft. He didn’t believe me when I said that my kitchen faucet was a real pain to take off. Well, he found out real quick after 45 minutes and 3 power tools later hahaha! I recommend this business to everyone!!
