Richard was the service tech and did a great job, even though we were dealing with my home warranty company. He came in got the job done and was very nice about everything even though my home warranty company went out of their way to be difficult and slow down progress. I called Precision Plumbing and talked to Sara the very first time and it was to check my Water Heater as the water was getting cold faster and they adjusted my thermostat. Now works great. Then had to call another time due to a terrible smell in the Kitchen and Sara got me in fast to fix the problem. It took 3 different times to figure out what was causing the problem but Sara would work me in very fast. I appreciate all the hard work to get the smell out of my Kitchen. I appreciate Sara, Eric and Richard as they are Fantastic at what they do!!!! Now I have a New Sink and Faucet as they went beyond the call of duty!!
