Two words: friendly and Honest. Tune up was great and they checked the overall health of everything. A capacitor was low, but they didn't try to push me at all to replace it. I had to tell him I wanted to replace it ???? (you don't see that anymore!) tech was awesome, no sales and tried not to charge me for items that they did. I said: "not today, you get paid what you are worth" Great company. Will use again.

Steve Martin came out to evaluate my hvac system and give me a second opinion on what was wrong. He accurately diagnosed what was wrong and determined my AC only needed a good cleaning and some freon added. His honesty saved me thousands of dollars on repairs that were not needed.
