True Trenchless Sewer and Drain Repair

Much better than any of the large plumbing companies in town. They were fair and efficient. Got the job done quickly and without tearing up the entire yard. Reviewing shy of five stars because the cement repair in the section of driveway that they had to cut out was not great, and they left a large piece of mangled plywood behind that I have to discard.

I am guessing the majority of these 5 star reviews are from family members? Pure nightmare trying to work with this company. It took nearly a complete year to get our work done and passed off by the city and that was only because we filed a complaint with DOPL and they and the city forced True Trenchless to complete a portion of the work. The rest of the work had to be repaired and completed by a reputable other company. At the end of the day we are out tens of thousands of dollars but are glad it is finally over. Unprofessional and did not have the skill set to complete the work they were contracted to do.

Adam and his crew were remarkable! Adam was incredibly responsive and the price was lower than any other bid I got. They replaced my sewer main line. They arrived when they said they would, had a fantastic attitude the entire day. They answered all my questions throughout the work, and cleaned everything up afterwords.
