We bought & had a soft water unit installed. From the very first call to the office, the service was unbelievably great! Within minutes, we received a call from a fantastic technician…..Jonathan Fait. The initial phone call with the technician was followed by an installation bid and actual installation the next day. Jonathan was prompt, VERY qualified, respectful and competent. 3 hours after he arrived, he had explained & quoted a system he recommended, picked up the unit, installed it, demonstrated it, gave us his personal phone # in case we had questions and was gone…..job well done!! Mason came out the day we needed him. He was amazing, professional and quick. So impressed with him. Mason and Roger both helped us before, when they were with another company. They are fantastic. We had to get our 20+ yr old water heater replaced and it was a great experience. First of all I was contacted by a super friendly lady (wish I could remember her name) after I filled in the online form. She was able to get a plumber out the same day. Bill was our plumber and he was fantastic. Super personable and efficient, was also wonderful to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!
