Blue Best Heating & Air

Blue Best came recommended from my colleague Dillon when I asked if he knew any good HVAC companies because I needed to replace a 25 year old AC & Furnace. He had just had his done a few weeks prior and had great answers as to why he went with them when he did. Blue Best was the 3rd company that I received a quote from and based on price, which substantially better than the other two before utility rebates, the recommendation from Dillon, and positive reviews is who I went with. Received the quote on Wednesday and was told Monday or Tuesday for install but they would lend me a portable AC. After approving the quote found out they could do the install on Friday. I like that they texted me pictures and bios of the techs that were coming to my house shortly before they arrived. My install was done by Dylan, Ned, and Shari, all who were great and got the old taken out and the new in all in one day.

Had a fantastic overall experience with Blue Best. When spec'ing a new top-of-the-line high efficiency furnace and AC system, they were able to outbid competitors by 20-25% for a system with better specs! The sales manager, Shawn, happily answered all my technical questions and concerns and was extremely responsive, even on weekends and after hours. Come installation day, Blue Best showed up with a large crew in 3 company trucks and man how they hustled! Both systems were fully installed by the end of the first day, with some minor ductwork and a steam humidifier installed on the second. I checked in regularly with their crew and every one I spoke to was patient and professional. Their quality of work was also top notch - all the electrical and duct runs were clean and neat, all registers and thermostats perfectly straight and level. Jared and Gerry did a phenomenal job with the install they showed up a little early which was great. Walked me through how the system worked, how everything was set up, and made sure I had a chance to look at inspect the work as well as pointing out issues I wasn't aware of with drainage.
