Craig's Services

Water heater went out and called Craig’s services. They came the next day and said it needed to be replaced. Water heater covered under warranty so just needed to pay labor. They wanted to charge me $1700 for labor. Yes, just labor. He quickly brought the price down to $1200 after I asked him if that price was a little high. Called another plumber. He was booked, but said he could install that evening if I could go pick up replacement. Sweet deal. Only paid $175 for the installation. Can you believe the difference between $1700 and $175? Craig’s services were trying to take advantage of me. Thank goodness I called another plumber.

We had Craig's come highly recommended to us by a neighbor and they did not disappoint! Evan was wonderful!! He was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done better than we had hoped! Gary came to lend a hand with the last couple of units and he was also great! We were so happy with the service provided and plan on having them back next year to help us maintain our system. We have used several other companies in the past and haven't been really happy with their services. We are impressed every time we use Craig's appliance service. The office staff are helpful and always friendly. We have a maintenance agreement, which is nice so we don't have to remember when it's time. Their employees are always professional, timely, knowledgeable and friendly. Good job Gary!
