Irvins handyman services

We have used Irvins Handyman Services AKA Charles on many projects around our home and business. He is efficient, timely, on budget, trustworthy, clean, and does impeccable work. He has installed custom can lighting, fixed a broken shower head, fixed a clogged sink, installed new kitchen sink/fixture/disposal, and also had him install a new water heater for our home. After severe winds damage my wall mounted flag pole, and several unsuccessful attempts by me to repair it, I contacted IHS for some help. The handy men of IHS were great. They kept me contacted for their schedule, and we're prompt. They knew what fix was necessary for my problem, and had everything on hand and ready to go. They were done quickly, and the job looked way better than my attempts at fixing the pole. It was probably a small job for them, but it was a huge help for someone like myself who is very in handy, lol, and the price was extremely affordable and worth every penny. Service: General repairs

I had a faucet handle that sunk down so that the fixtures didn't fit anymore. We called Charles and he was able to come the same day. He worked on it for about 3 hours and during the time, he replaced the stem of the handle. After we paid $360 for the parts and labor, of which he gave us no receipt explaining the charges, we realized the faucet didn't have a set off position like it did before. Once it hit the normal off position, we soon realized we could turn it further in that direction and faucet would turn back on. We texted him of that and he is going to charge us another $300 plus labor to fix his mistake. The faucet didn't have that problem before Charles came.
