These guys are amazing and very professional. We dealt with Christian for the quote and Parker for scheduling and both were very professional and helpful. We had 3 quotes for our roof and these guys are the only ones who were very thorough in inspecting our roof including going into the attic. Parker was quick to get us on the schedule once we signed up and walked us through the process of getting our roof done. The guys that did the roof did it all in one day and cleaned up their mess. We worked primarily with Christian, but also with Parker and Mattie. All three of them were great to work with, and super fast to respond to calls/texts. We hired master roofing to do our new roof. They did a really good job. We got 4 quotes. The master roofing rep Christian was really thorough with the inspection. He even went into the attic. He was by far the most professional knowledgeable of any of the 4 quotes sales reps. They weren’t he cheapest but weren’t the most expensive but when I compared their bid to the others more was included. We went with them since they clearly seemed to be the best option. It was right before winter but they told us they could get it done in time and they did. We live in Suncrest which gets more snow than the valley but last year was the malt ever in Utah history and we can totally hammered. The roof held up perfectly not leaks, no shingles blew off nothing. Overall really good experience with master roofing. Best we’ve had with any contractor before. They did what they said they would which in our experience is not normal with contractors.
