The good: - the bid was reasonable and included a discount when my neighbor also used them - the work was done quickly and the quality appears to be good (it's only been 5 months) The not-so-good: - [.....] Pro Tip: - Save a copy of the bid, your checks and make sure you have a signed letter from NB Roofing listing all the work done, the cost, and a statement that the project was paid in full. We love our new roof! Luis at NB roofing was amazing to work with. He was very helpful in answering our questions. Also, great to work and was very fair with his pricing. His crew did a great job in getting our project done in one day! We have had several neighbors use NB and referred us to NB for our home. We highly recommend them for your project too!

I had been looking to replace my roof for a while. I had 4 other Bids from different places not only did these guys give me the best price around but they had the best warranty for the roof and labor. I Have already recommended all of my neighbors to them. My roof looks great and Luis is super easy to work with. Let him know your situations and where you need to be at and he will take care of you!
