If you have a smaller job Glenn’s is not the place to go! I tried for months to get someone to come fix my artesian well and because it was a smaller job I kept getting pushed and pushed. I finally went to mountain valley motor and pump and they got it focused immediately. I wasted months waiting on glenn’s

I had Glenn’s try and repair a motor for me. They were responsive when I went in or called. 6 weeks later they hadn’t been able to find a centrifugal switch ($14 on Amazon) so I picked up the motor and had them quote me for a new one ($600+). The motor was missing multiple screws when they returned it and it wasn’t put back together properly. I bought the switch, had to fish the wires out and the motor works great. I won’t be going back to Glenn’s and won’t recommend them to anyone.

I have a 12v hydraulic pump that stopped working, called them to see if they work on them, and they said they did so I took it down. They said it would take about a week to get to it. Called a week and a half later and they said they have been busy and had not had a chance to look at it yet. Told them it was for a small business and I was loosing money every day they had it, they said they would expedite it for me. Caden finally called a week later and said he saw it sitting in the corner and figured that he would call because they don’t work on 12v systems. I had talked to 3 people previous to him and they all said they work on them. Lost 2 1/2 weeks of business and the most he could say is he would talk to his employees and let them know they don’t work in that stuff. They are a joke company with horrible customer service. I understand if you don’t work on something, but taking down my most profitable piece of equipment at its most demanding time of the year fir 2 1/2 weeks b
