Service Depot

Jacob arrived quickly and was able to repair things without any difficulties. He pointed out a simple fix that saved us a lot of money. I appreciated his skill and integrity. Would definitely use his service again. Services: Toilet repair, Faucet repair

Edited to add: a short time before I called this number listed in Google for Service Depot (which had not been updated yet), they had been bought out or split their business venture and unbeknownst to me, I had been forwarded to Cache Appliance for the dishwasher repair. Service Depot was very patient with me while we figured out what had happened. I scheduled a dishwasher repair call for this past Thursday but no one showed up, called to reschedule, or explain why. I'm giving them a second chance. I left a voicemail asking them to call back and will update this review if I hear back from them.

Brady has come to our home for a couple of repairs now and is a pleasure to work with. He was great at communicating with me and keeping me in the loop with the process and time frame of having to order our blinds because of the size of our windows. He was very personable and courteous and did a great job! Our blinds first came back cut wrong and instead of just installing them...he went to bat for us and got the company to redo them so that they looked good. I am impressed with with how he treated my home like it was his own and will definitely call him for future repairs. )
