Went in for a kitchen faucet and couldn’t get any help. There were three employees standing around and when we asked for help we were sent down to the showroom and told someone would assist us. 15 minutes later we left.
Do not bother going into this store on a Saturday. They leave the store under the care of untrained people who know nothing of the product they are selling. It's the weekend and you have a question about HVAC? Well that's just too bad because they don't know. They might as well not have any store hours on the weekend.
A good place to get plumbing supplies. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products.
