In spite of a miscommunication problem on my part, Dennis and Porter at Standard Plumbing did everything possible to provide exceptional customer service. The store is clean. It is well stocked. There are always enough employees on staff to help customers and the products are first rate. I really appreciate the customer service I received at Standard Plumbing and recommend this store very highly! Thank you very much.

It is sad when you go to a plumbing store, and your hopeful the person behind the counter understands plumbing. I received more information and assistance at HOME DEPOT after leaving this store. Plus the employees were rude and condeseding. Don't waste your time here if your looking for any kind of help!!!!!!. Plus the admin appears to only respond to 5 star reviews. I would not ever waste my time going there again. Go where there is customer service. HIME DEPOT, LOWES, PETERSON PLUMBING. HELL, EVEN SOUTH FORK HARDWARE.

We purchased most of our plumbing fixtures from Standard Plumbing over ten years ago when we were building a new home, and Val, the salesperson working with us was outstanding! She spent a lot of time with us so that we could make the right decisions on both fixtures and finishes. We recently came to visit Val regarding a Hansgrohe kitchen fixture that needed to be repaired. Not only did she remember my wife and me by name, but also helped us work with the warranty to get the parts for free. Standard Plumbing -- and especially Val -- offer outstanding service!
