The Home Depot

I have always loved Home Depot. They're usually very quick to help with whatever I need. I recently put in a very big order. It kept getting delayed. When everything had finally arrived, they called to let me know that I could pick it up. Nothing was ready. Some of the order wasn't even at the store, and they informed me, after several weeks of waiting, that they weren't going to be able to get some of the things that I ordered. Sue and the assistant manager were AMAZING! They were beyond helpful. They made sure that I left the store with everything that I needed-one way or another. I was very impressed with how customer oriented they both were! Thanks for seeing our needs and putting us first so that we could get our project done on time. We appreciate you!

Employees appear to avoid customers needing help. Shouldn't have to chase someone down to ask a question. When you do get somebody, they usually don't know the answer or what you're talking about. Biggest issue js inventory management. Went in looking for something that said they had 200 on hand, noone knew where they were. The home was empty, but they don't know where they top-stocked the rest. And don't forget to get your flat goods cart all the way in the parking lot because they can't be bothered to have them in the store.

I love Home Depot, I love to get what I need to improve or fix or buy plants my favorite home away from home , lol!!!!
