Wonderful experience, in this date and time. I was in a hurry and needed an item. I approached the customer service counter and explained that I had been to a few other places already. The young lady (I wish I could remember her name) was friendly, and right away, she did a computer search. Although they did not have the exact item, she offered to take me to the section of similar items. I was in and out within minutes ????

We needed help buying a new fridge and David was there to assist us in getting the help we needed. He was so sweet! Definitely deserves a raise!

Came home from vacation to find my water heater decided to take its own life while I was gone. Managed to find a new one on the shelf. Sadly, the plumber in our town doesn't work weekends. Luckily, I ran into an employee here, who was so knowledgeable in regards to the subject that I could've sat there and picked his brain for hours. He gave me great advice and tips. Anyway, 3 hours after I left the store, I have just finished installing a water heater for the first time and it ops chk'd good. To John, the employee with the excellent mustache, you have my utmost gratitude.
