As an apartment owner for 20 plus years I have used a lot of plumbing services. I cannot say I have been any more impressed with any service than the service I received with Javier. I had a tenant who had a blocked kitchen sink was unable to break it free with a snake. I called multiple different local contractors today (the day before Thanksgiving) and they were all were booked out until Monday or were not working until then. Javier responded he could be there by noon. I met with him after he had cleaned out the line having had to access it through the roof. He charged me less than one third of what another service had quoted me just to show up. I talked with him for quite awhile and he offered me his professional advice on how I should move forward in the future to prevent the same thing from happening in my apartments in the future. Javier showed up around the time he said he would. He fixed the problem at my place and gave me some recommendations to help the problem in the future. The previous plumber didn't show up 2 times in a row. He showed up the first time. I enjoyed talking to him and hope he continues to get more business.
