They will tell you they are ready on a day to get the appointment, then tell you a different day when it comes down to actually coming. Classic way to get someone involved and them screw them over. Service: Water heater repair
Did work for us. Paid them. Never received full report of inspection as they said they would. Followed up no less than 10 times and was never called back from the office manager nor technician after being told they would. VERY unprofessional company with how they conduct themselves and treat customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
They have been to our house 4-5 times now for a bathtub that doesn’t get hot water. And they appear to have no idea what they’re doing. They keep saying oh we need to order a new part. Then a month later they come to install it and say oh it’s the wrong part. Yesterday they came, said they got the wrong part, said they were going to the shop to get the right one, never came back, and never heard a word from them. So this is fun. Wouldn’t recommend.
