I had Jordan Walker come and fix my radiant heating that 2 other prior technicians from other companies couldn’t figure out. Appreciate his knowledge and experience.

I really hate doing this and have never done this before, but the experience I had with this company this week needs to be shared. I have a tankless water heater that's 6 months old (not installed by this company). The water heater on occasion throws an error code that any simple google search shows that the control board is bad. I setup an appt for this company (as they were listed on the manufacturer's website as one who services these water heaters. I was told at the time of the appt setup that there would be $150 service call fee, ok fine. The part and labor is covered by the warranty. When the plumber arrived, he stated that only the part was covered by the warranty (wrong) and that labor was going to be 300 and something. In addition I was told I need to have an Expansion Tank installed, which would be an additional 300 something (I put something because I never got anything in writing). I was then charged $248 for the service call and not $150. I contacted the water heater manuf
