Didn't have the common courtesy to give me my bid, waited 2 weeks with warm water from failing water heater. Had another plumber out and got it done next day. They sound good but estimator BOB is not good at returning estimate. Service: Water heater repair
Waited 3 + weeks for an appointment which they canceled the day of. Can’t get me back on the schedule for another 3 weeks. Hate to give them negative feedback because they did such a good job for me 3 years ago. Poor communication and customer service.
