I called for a tankless water heater flush out. The technician Nick was polite, professional and refreshing compared to other plumbing companies. The price was fair and reasonable. If I had done this myself it would have cost me more than the $225 price I was charged! Other prices were outrageous! I will be calling Pro Masters again! Service: Water heater repair

Pro Master Services installed the rough plumbing in my basement, then came back and installed the shower, toilet, tub and sink faucets, for a new Bathroom. Ramon came highly recommended from another business! With that said, he and his team exceeded my expectations in a stressful situation of a leaking pipe coming into my basement! I was not sure if it was going burst and flood my basement. From my first call into Pro Masters I was taken care of. Melany, the office manager, answered my call immediately and understood my anxiety with my issue. Ramon, the owner, came to assess the situation later that evening. He assured me that I was safe and got me on the schedule. Nobody wants to deal with a water issue but Ramon put me at ease and I had trust in his care, professionalism and his team!
