Bartlett Roofing

We had wind damage with a leak which was damaging the inside of our newly remodeled house. Bartlett roofing dropped by randomly and introduced themselves. I was skeptical initially but actually all these thoughts fled as I gave the company a chance and sat down with them. Both Anthony and Andy reviewed the damage to the roof, provided a bid and worked with my insurance company to determine the best course of action. They were on time and showed up to every single inspection which ultimately resulted in a total roof replacement. We set up times to review the shingle options and the additional items that they suggested to improve the quality of our roof. We were never pressured or upsold and the upgrade suggestions that were made provided a fantastic end product. We were contacted after several discussions with Andy and Anthony regarding products and a date was scheduled for the roof replacement. This process was pleasant and actually fun. Bartlett was very pleasant to work with. The installation was very well done. They did an excellent job cleaning up the yard and they even picked up some leaves I had piled up out there. Austin and the team at Bartlett Roofing were tremendous!! I believe we’d still have our old failing roof without them. They saw the need, answered our questions, and helped us successfully make an insurance claim for the weather damages. Austin was patient, helpful, and responsive.
