This is 2nd time I am using them. Ruben Garcia arrived 1st trip to give an initial estimate as I was planning to switch from tank to tankless system. Gave the installation appointment same week and was prompt on the day of installation and due to un-anticipated complications with venting switched back to tank system they went and grabbed *new system and installed it. Also, replaced a kitchen faucet. Would use them again! Professional job and Ruben knows what he is doing and kept me well informed on the progress.
