We were so lucky to call this company! On New Years Day, we lost power partially, and called Central Electric. They answered quickly, and we were connected with on-call technician, Taylor. He was able to easily answer all our questions, and helped to fix the problem. Taylor was super professional and knowledgeable and helped diagnose the issue immediately. I would work with Central Electric and Taylor again! Service: Electrical panel repair
My mother in law was having flickering in lights and we could hear crackling in panel. Gentleman came out in a snow storm, on a holiday weekend, kept us informed on how close he was. Once he got there found problem quickly and fixed it and checked other panels to put her mind at ease! Thank you so very much!!
I called this company because I was told they were knowledgeable about street lighting. The person who came was not knowledgeable. I had to tell him how to fix the problem and he did not have the specific light bulb needed. So, I had to go buy the bulb myself and I had to finish the job. Finally, he arrived at 9:45 am and left at 10:30 am and I was changed for 2 hours of service for a total of $250. Service: Light fixture repair
