Tyler arrived very quickly upon receiving my request for a consultation. He was great at diagnosing the problem and providing me several options for my failing furnace. Within minutes, the work was scheduled and Justin and his team arrived with a new, high efficiency furnace and AC unit. They were careful and courteous as they went about their work. Justin took the time to explain how the new systems function and how to program the thermostat. From beginning to end, the whole experience only took 4 hours. Grateful that I have warm air flowing again on this cold winter day! First, Scott Hale Plumbing was quick to respond and provide an appointment time for us as our AC was not working during this heat wave in Utah. Garret was awesome, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He listened to our problem. Checked a few things and found the issue quickly. He then assisted us with a concern we had with our AC Unit placement. He was able to make my dream come true with maximizing our patio space by moving the AC Unit too same day. He is a wonderful person to have helped us out that day. Also, we are excited about the membership plan too, to accomplish the annual check ups and to have a reliable company to help us maintain areas of our home.
