Gage was there when we needed him. Service was fast and thorough. He wasn’t in a rush to make a quick buck, but made sure everything was in good working order, and helped us get the best value out of his services. As part of a customer appreciation initiative, I had Chris S. come for an HVAC tune up and Bryon C. come for a water heater flush. Both of them were so professional, kind, and informative. Chris opened up my old furnace, and it became apparent almost immediately that it was time for a replacement. He walked me through the repair options versus replacement options, and helped me make an educated decision with no pressure. Bryon (plumber), was incredibly helpful in educating me on how to extend the life and quality of our 8 year old water heater. I’ve always had great experiences with the technicians at Scott Hale, and the quality of their work is fantastic. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Fabulous men worked hard and got the job done. This involved turning off the water supply from time to time. We were kept informed of all steps being taken. I am looking into putting in a bathroom and I was given great advice. They were great to have in my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them back again should another issue arise. I sent this review a few days ago, I am sending it again because another issue occurred. All I can say is this company is the best.
