Our Compressor would not start, due to lack of maintenance, the AC was plugged full of debris he mentioned, the AC was old and couldn't keep up past few years. He cooled off compressor, and My cheap husband replaced the capacitor, and Henry didn't charge us anything. saved us buying a new unit, until we could save up. He gave us an option to replace a weak compressor or new unit to keep up. Honest and kind Person.
Henry always does an awesome job for us. The minute we give him a call he's on site almost immediately.
I first called Henry last year about an issue with our DIY installed mini-split. He was very generous with his time and knowledge that I was able to fix the problem on my own. He was also the only HVAC person I found that would even consider working on our DIY mini-split. This year we had another issue with it and Henry came out and was able to solve it, and for a very reasonable price. He is now my HVAC guy that I will call for any job in the future.
