THIS COMPANY IS ILLEGALLY HOLDING DOCUMENTS FROM MY INSURANCE CLAIM. I hired Tina to document my flooded basement to which she came in and documented the entire 1700 sq feet of damages. Photos, video, infrared etc. I’ve reached out to her multiple times to submit this information to my insurance for my claim and damages and she refuses. She will not respond to my texts and she will not submit the documentation to my insurance email that I have provided for her. And now that the damages have been mitigated by a separate company I don’t have the original documentation for my insurance claim. It is illegal to delay, avoid, or reduce the size of a claim that is due to be paid out to an insured party and that I exactly what Tina along with Roto Rooter are doing. Which I will be pursuing legal action for this documentation. PLEASE EVERYONE learn from huge mistake in trusting this company with over $60,000 of damaged documentation that they are withholding from me. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
They came out to clean our drains efficiently and quickly, they however did not hook our washer up correctly when they were done and flooded our apartment. They were good at getting their people out with fans. HOWEVER, they messed up and flooded our apartment due to not hooking the washer back up, we have been waiting over a month (since June 26th) for them to repair the damage that they caused. Between my landlord and I we have called/texted multiple times to multiple locations in Utah, we were told to contact Gordon Lynes for resorations. His mailbox is now full and he will not respond. This is ridiculous, we have not had flooring and a full ceiling for almost 2 months now. Absolutely useless :) Services: Drain cleaning, Water damage-related cleanup & repair
Rick came out to clear some clogged drains at my place in SLC - he was quick, friendly, professional, and didn’t charge us to snake the drains when it was only really a surface clog. Would recommend and go with this company again! Service: Drain cleaning
