Super quick service and very nice people. It was $180 for 15 minutes to replace a shower cartridge. Then it was done incorrectly with the hot and cold reversed. Not a problem; I called to have them come back. They missed one appointment, we waited all morning. Then came the next day. They corrected the first mistake but, the second visit they forgot to screw the assembly to the wall. Mistakes happen, but experience was bad.

They came swiftly and were very professional. I had the water line going into my water heater spring a leak and they replaced the line quickly and informed me that with the age of my water heater I should be looking at replacing it soon but did not pressure me to do it right then or with them.
