Jona was great! What seemed to be an easy wax ring fix turned into a whole repair of a flange and piping, wood replacement and everything in between. I am in the middle of two bathroom remodles and dreading having to have one more person in my home. This took some serious coordination and communication. I couldnt have asked for a better guy for the job. Jona was patient, knowledgeable, responsive and thorough! He explained everything that was going on step by step and what he would need to do the repair. He didn't cut any corners and was super understanding of my situation and did everything he could to make make sure an already stressful process dealing with contractors was less stressful. He had to return several times to work around their unpredictable schedule. It was important to him that he see the job through to the end. Had an outside water spigot break and start leaking. They were able to come out and replace it very quickly. The plumbers were very polite and made sure to clean up any mess they made, besides being efficient and knowledgeable.
