I have had excellent experience with this company in the past. My old A/C unit stopped working. It has been taking its last breath for years. I was advised by the technician that it would be best to replace both the furnace and the A/C unit. He gave me two options that were about the same price, around $14,000, and said it could be installed the next day. He got the air working, and then they came and installed it the new one the next day. There are a couple of places where the work looks maybe a little shoddy, but overall, it looked pretty well done. I didn't have any complaints. They tested the furnace, and it heated my house, then turned on the A/C, and it seemed to be cooling, so they cleaned up and left. Well, my house never cooled. The air ran all night, the A/C unit was going, and the temp refused to drop. Then my friends started chiming in telling me I got way overcharged and reporting prices of $7,000 to $9,000 for their much larger houses. Still, the house wasn't cooling. The
