Should be Zero Stars! PFALSE ADVERTISING: Please People of the Utah community - Do not use them. Dishonest, grimy, lie through their teeth and don't provide anything close to advertised service. Expert Services do not have the equipment to clean dirt and debris, etc. from furnace and AC when their website and Groupon states they do. The company would not even EXCEPT the Groupon because they don't offer this services - they just stand there and inspect to see what might be the problem, not even opening anything up. Then say to "fix it" will be over $499, plus an "after hours fee" of $129 because they're so busy - when they don't even have the equipment to provide advertised services. Save yourself a lot of time, money and sanity and look elsewhere! Very disappointed and debunked by their dishonesty and fraudulent information.

Just to start, this is an unsolicited review. I was just so impressed by the professionalism of these guys that I wanted to get the word out. David and Bruce removed 2 old water heaters, installed a tankless water heater, water softener, and changed out the main shutoff valve. I was planning on also changing out the pressure reducing valve with the main shutoff valve, but David said that really wasn't necessary. He could've over-sold me, and just done the work. His honesty saved me about $1,000. They initially thought they would be done around 7:30pm, but stayed much longer to make sure it was done right. They're work looks great and exceeded our expectations. They also left the place cleaner than it was when they started. Services: Water heater installation, Installation, Repair water fixtures
