The owner of this company recently moved into my neighborhood. I had obtained a few bids, but when I heard he served in the military, I decided to move forward with their bid. We had a ton of work and we were semi living out of the home during construction. Additionally, I did some work myself. All of this and in the midst of Covid-19, the situation was a bit stressful. That being said, HTS was very accommodating and were quite punctual, being rare in the construction industry. We made quite a few changes along the way, but we felt the cost changes were appropriate and that we trust them. As a real estate broker and having dealt with many contractors, I can honestly say this company is one that will take good care of you with both price and quality.
