After our furnace began to sound like a rocket ship launching into space, I contacted several companies to come assess and fix the problem. Steve got a technician out right away. Joel noticed a few concerns that no other company had recognized or even checked. He identified there were two major components failing on our 20 year old system. Steve came out the same day to review the needs for installation. Steve provided a great price on a well-known brand of equipment. The install went well and was as described and expected. Steve was great to work with. We had a bid for our furnace and A/C, on-site inspection, and everything completely installed in less than a week. He arrived right on time to all appointments and was very thorough and detailed in the way he explained the installation process. Everything went very smoothly and at the end he took his time to make sure everything was working perfectly and explained all the features of our new units. Price was highly competitive as well! Our AC went out at 5pm on a hot Friday. I called a few companies and everyone was weeks out for service. I called American HVAC and Steve answered before the second ring. He told me someone would text me later that night and that they would be there the following morning. Aaron then texted me and arrived the following morning at 8am. Aaron was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the issue, asked for my permission to proceed with the fix and the issue was resolved promptly and at a fair price.
