Every once in awhile a real gem comes along. Oscar is that gem in my eyes! We had remodeling that we did and had a stucco guy that had come over to look a couple of times and then never would show up. My wife went to lunch with a bunch of Neighbors and they all said oh no, don't use him once you pay him he never comes back. Several recommended using Oscar instead and gave her his number. He showed up when he said he would and was extremely detailed in all that he was going to do. His work was impeccable. He cleaned up after himself. His workers were great and we are extremely pleased with what he has done for us. He may not be the cheapest but you would be hard-pressed to find someone better. I would highly recommend him for stucco, stone and related repairs.

The owner of Perfect Patch was great to work with and he and his workers made our 60-year-old foundation walls look like new with his high quality sand plaster application. They also rebuild a concrete window well that was falling apart from winter freeze cycles. When they were done it looked like new also. I highly recommend them to you.

When they first came out I was very impressed, he seemed professional and knowledgeable. A couple of weeks after getting the quote I called to get the repairs done and I can’t get ahold of him, I’ve called/texted and nothing.
