Every once in awhile a real gem comes along. Oscar is that gem in my eyes! We had remodeling that we did and had a stucco guy that had come over to look a couple of times and then never would show up. My wife went to lunch with a bunch of Neighbors and they all said oh no, don't use him once you pay him he never comes back. Several recommended using Oscar instead and gave her his number. He showed up when he said he would and was extremely detailed in all that he was going to do. His work was impeccable. He cleaned up after himself. His workers were great and we are extremely pleased with what he has done for us. He may not be the cheapest but you would be hard-pressed to find someone better. I would highly recommend him for stucco, stone and related repairs.

Professional work for a great price! We are so glad we found Perfect Patch. It's never fun to have to get something fixed, but it was such a relief to find a professional to get it done right, and fast.

After getting several bids from different roofing companies, Perfect Patch (Oscar) gave a very fair price and explanation of what needed to be done. After talking we scheduled a day for him to come and do the job. They showed up after they had been working a long day and stayed until the job was finished. They did an excellent job on the roof repairs, you can’t even tell where they are. He matched the shingles perfectly and used very high quality materials. He is coming back tomorrow to install a section of seamless rain gutter that needed to be replaced. Oscar and who I assume was his wife do amazing work and cleaned up the job site better than what it was when they got there. Thank you Oscar! I will be calling him again if I need work done. I highly recommend Perfect Patch!!
