SimTek Fence

Nice looking product but only if installed in the perfect conditions e.g. no wind or ground settling. Several of our posts have settled causing panels to blow out in wind storms. This has also caused the top post caps to fall off. Our neighbors are having the same issues and they used a different installation company than we did. See uploaded pictures in photos section.

I’m a fence contractor, I’ve e done thousands of feet of fence over the last decade plus. Their quality control is terrible. I’ll never do another SimTek Fence again. Some pannels have holes in them you can see clear through or where the mold was thin so the sun shines through. That’s not even the worst part. Pannel heights vary between two inches between pannels. You can have a perfect straight level line on bottom with the top looking awful because some times the same pannel starts at 70.5” on the left and 71.5 on the right. Measured pannels between 70.5 to 72.5 maybe you’re just supposed to set the average??? Fix your quality control please!!!!

Management and HR are great. They pay very well starting out and have great benefits and great training they have tons of bonus eligible bonuses for attendance and production and quarter bonuses I absolutely loved working there and would do it again any day of the week. Good people and a fantastic company they prioritize safety to the max and will make sure you have a stable, clean safe environment to work at. All bonuses considered and after 90 day probation period you should average approximately 22-25 dollars an hour with the raises and such. Best job I ever had keep up the good work you guys have a good work life culture.
