Andrew Ormesher was the second technician out to my apartment and he did a STELLAR job. Kuddos to him for his hard work and skill set, fixed everything that needed to be fixed. Kind, polite, and professional. Ask for him SPECIFICALLY. As far as my overall experience with this company, absolute nightmare. First of all they sent a very unskilled worker to do the job initially. His attention to detail was minimal, his skill set was not up to par with the repairs that needed to be done, and halfway through the job on our tub, and after banging on the bathtub with a screwdriver and hammer, damaging the tub beyond repair, the guy gets up and leaves without telling me when he would be back, or if he would be back at all that day. I waited around my apartment for 4 HOURS wondering when the heck he was going to get back. The guy apparently had a family emergency which I didn’t have a problem with, but the overall communication with the worker was abismal. I then had to proceed to call the compa
