Had a laundry secondary drain line that was clogged and flooded our home today. We called and within an hour Nick was at our home with a reasonably and competitive priced solution. Within 20 minutes the line clog was cleared and we were back in business. Nick was very skilled, articulate in educating us on our options, and made sure we understood the service we were getting and the warranty on the work. The cost was shocking but the last time I had anything like this going on was easily almost two decades ago. So inflation has affected cost of these services same as everything else. But we called around to several other competitors and got similar quotes but also were told it would be a week or more before anyone could come out. Nick cleaned up the work area well and tested his work to make sure we could safely use the line prior to leaving.
