Dave called to let me know when he was on his way He put in a water heater & explained what was needed - new valves & pipes Dave cleaned up & put back things that needed to be moved He is friendly, professional & did a wonderful job I will definitely contact this company when I need plumbing help in the future
Awful communication. They were assigned by my home warranty company to fix a garbage disposal. I contacted them to have them do the expansion tank as well on my water heater and gave them the code to a lockbox to get in. The lady at the office said that should be fine and gave me a quote. They never showed up to the appointment and the lady tried to blame it on me. They then came the next day and replaced the garbage disposal but didn’t do the other repair. The plumber called me when he was on his way but never again after that. No one even called when the job was done! I would avoid them.
