We needed to replace our boiler, water softener, and pressure valve. We had a plumbing company come out and was given bad information. In searching reviews, we found wonderful reviews on Mission Plumbing. I tried calling and didn't leave a message. Within a few minutes I received a call from Tiffany indicating she had missed a call and asked how she could help. I set an appointment and Randy came out the next day. He was very confident and professional. Randy explained all our options and was very patient answering our many questions and provided a great reference to call. Randy educated us on the system he felt would be our best choice and all the benefits. With his expertise, we chose to put in a Rinnai Combi Unit which is a boiler and tankless water heater, new water softener and the pressure valve. Randy and his crew came and in one day had all the old systems removed and new units installed. We did have a few system errors in the first few days, and Randy responded immediate

Kitchen sink was not draining properly. I thought it'd be the garbage disposal (it's kind of old) but Mission Plumbing technician came over and checked it. It was not. He gave us an estimate for checking/cleaning the pipes. After cleaning, the problem was not fully fixed so he dump some chemical to clean the pipes and told us he'll be back to check again. Next day he came again and run all the checks, get the air "whatever" pipe fixed too and it's all working perfect now. I can't tell if the price is high, low or normal, but we're glad we paid and got all fixed. Very professional and on schedule. There is nothing I can say but be thankful for a great job done.
