Great place! Holland was amazing! He came and fixed our furnace very quickly and was super kind! Highly recommend!

Sigh, super frustrated with the communication of My Buddy. I called yesterday and they set an appointment for today from 12-3:00. I told them I won’t be home until 1:00 and they said they would make a note. I also asked if they’d text me since I would be at work until 12:30. This is the start of the communication breakdown. Today around 11:30 I got several calls while I was working. After I didn’t pick up (again I was at work) I got a text at 11:34 that said a tech is on his way and it asked if I was available. I said “no I’m at work they were supposed to make a note of that. Can they come by later?” They then responded and said sorry but the tech is going to move on. I could call back and they could reschedule me. So I called to ask if they could come out when I got home. I said I’d be home around 1:00, and they put me on hold for a bit and came back to say they could come out the next day between 2-5:00. This only added to my frustration. I was very pleased with My Buddy the Plumber. Robert, the technician who drove all the way down from Ogden to our place in Provo, arrived at exactly the time promised and was so pleasant. He did exactly what I wanted: he provided a temporary fix for our outdoor antifreeze faucet that made a terrible, loud, vibrating noise every time we turned the faucet on. We had two identical faucets -- and simply exchanging the stem between them solved the vibration problem. Being a DIY-er, I wanted to save money by completing the repair later by myself, which I was able to do for both faucets. I would gladly recommend My Buddy for plumbing repairs! Service: Faucet repair
