My Buddy the Plumber is awesome. We had a water line to our apartment building break during construction in the parking lot. My Buddy the Plumber came promptly after we called them and explained the situation. They gave us a very reasonable priced quote within an hour or two of visiting the site. They were able to come the next day and said they would have the water back on so the tenants wouldn’t have to go without water for very long, when other companies told us we’d be out of water for a week or more. Really good plumbing company that we will definitely use again in the future. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We are very dissatisfied with this company. The original man that came to give us the quote on a remodel made it sound like he would do the work and sounded very competent. He was the one who received all of the information from us and what we really wanted. The company then they sent other people to come and do the work. They did not receive all of our instructions and they took advantage of my elderly father and pressured him in to doing way more work than we had originally said we wanted done and charged us 2x the value of a shower pan that we didn't want in the first place and was the wrong size. We specifically told the original quoter AS WELL AS the men who came to work that the job would need to pass city inspection. The work they did was not able to perform the inspection task. So, after paying for everything, the job wouldn't pass inspection and they and they sent a different person to follow up who is now having to figure out how to clean up after the other in order to get i

AC system kept freezing up and shutting down. My Buddy the Plumber was able to schedule a tech to come out the day after I reached out. Tech was friendly and seemed professional. After a few minutes I was offered 4 levels of service from $600 "band-aid" to $5k replacement. Talked into $1500 service as it had a warranty. Within a week the AC was still freezing over daily. Called after 2 weeks and they sent another tech (first one no longer worked there) that recommended another $800 service. No Way.
