My Buddy the Plumber, Electric, Heating & Air

AC system kept freezing up and shutting down. My Buddy the Plumber was able to schedule a tech to come out the day after I reached out. Tech was friendly and seemed professional. After a few minutes I was offered 4 levels of service from $600 "band-aid" to $5k replacement. Talked into $1500 service as it had a warranty. Within a week the AC was still freezing over daily. Called after 2 weeks and they sent another tech (first one no longer worked there) that recommended another $800 service. No Way. I already feel scammed paying $1500 for less than $50 in parts and MAYBE $200 in refrigerant plus 45 minutes labor. I've used several different plumbers over the years and I can honestly say My Buddy the Plumber has been the very best. Hayden and Dallas came by today to fix my faucet that came loose. I was very pleased with My Buddy the Plumber. Robert, the technician who drove all the way down from Ogden to our place in Provo, arrived at exactly the time promised and was so pleasant. He did exactly what I wanted: he provided a temporary fix for our outdoor antifreeze faucet that made a terrible, loud, vibrating noise every time we turned the faucet on. We had two identical faucets -- and simply exchanging the stem between them solved the vibration problem. Being a DIY-er, I wanted to save money by completing the repair later by myself, which I was able to do for both faucets. I would gladly recommend My Buddy for plumbing repairs! Service: Faucet repair
