I had a specialized air delivery AC/Heat unit in my attic which is connected to a boiler. Most folks wouldn't work on it but OyBoy took it on. Gavin was my tech. He troubleshot a problem with the capacitor and when that didn't solve, he troubleshot the motor. He took the time to track down the right specialty part, get it ordered in, and followed through with the install. It was just good work and the price was honest. My house is warm again. They are now in my speed dial for the next time I run against a similar problem. Called initially for a diagnosis. Our system was about 30 years old. We knew we needed a new system but was a bit intimated by the whole process. First, Brad came out and took a look. He was able to get us a quote for a bandaid repair but was very upfront that it was just a bandaid and most likely wouldn't last long. Like I said, we knew it was going to be this way. Gary also came out for an extra set of eyes since our system was so very old. They us know our options without any pressure. Gary came back a few days later to meet with my husband to talk about some options. They figured out the vest option was to get a new system. Gary walked my husband through everything and was even able to schedule our install for the very next day. We were so grateful since we have been dealing with such high heat temps!!
