Writing this on behalf of my grandma: It was a A gentleman named Devan is who came out. They were able to make an appointment within a couple days of us calling (might've been next day). It took a bit of work but he got the air conditioner working again. A couple days later it seemed to be acting up again, he came out and checked. The issue was user error but he was really kind and helpful to my grandma. Overall, a good experience.
Devan came out today to tune up our A/C unit and did a wonderful job. He was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely be using Action Plumbing again because of our great experience with Devan!
24hour Rotor Connection has been great to work with. They installed a new furnace and A/C unit for me. I get regular maintenance from them, which is part of their service. The technician that has been sent out last two times has been Devan. Super nice guy, provides advice on how to keep make my hvac system last longer than the expected life. Service: Water heater installation
