PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ DO NOT CALL Action Plumbing, Heating and Air. They took advantage of us young, first time homebuyers who ran into a clogged line. The service man showed up and started talking about how long he’s been a plumber and showing me photos on his phone of horrible things that he’s seen while doing his job “this is a tactic that they use to get you worried even more and buy into their service”. He started assessing our problem which was sludge coming up from our downstairs bathroom shower. He told us it was a clog in our main line. (our home warranty covers everything but main line clogs) So he suggested hydro-jetting the line which was going to be $1,650. I asked if we could take a day to think about it and he said “well if you do it today I will give you $350 off of the service if you pay cash” so then we thought okay this could be a good deal. He also told us they were the cheapest in the state. Which is a LIE. So now we were at $1,200 for hydro jetting the main

The only good thing and why this company is getting one star is because of Thor. Thor is a great guy he's very professional and hard-working and honest. Thor deserves a five-star review. But this is for the overall company. Stay far away from this company. They are the worst. They left a mess they did not put my grass back down where they trenched. I just have a spot of dirt and weeds and rocks. I had to wait over 2 months for them to come back and repair the damage they made to my house. They fell through my ceiling and left a mess. The trampled all over my flowers killing them in my yard . They also left their garbage everywhere such a soda cans and wrappers from food . They are very unresponsive they do not know how to communicate. I was waiting for a drywaller to come repair sheetrock damage. They never once called to check in or update me . They ended up sending out the electrician to do sheetrock repair. Now I have to spend extra money out of my pocket to paint where their guy fe

I am horrible with names so I'm going to skip that part but I will say that every single person that walked through my door to work on what turned out to be a fairly complicated electrical problem, were sent straight from heaven. Everyone from the gentleman that originally came in and assessed my issues that I was having to the electricians that did my work or professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about everything they were doing. More work needs to be done in a couple of weeks and I look forward to having these fine gentlemen back on my property and I would recommend them to anyone looking for the smallest to the most complicated work.
