Left work undone, can’t shut these because I don’t know what they did that they don’t want to close. Besides that took almost a full week to fix one problem and made into another problem. Saw so much good reviews before getting in touch with them, highly disappointed.
Just had a visit from Action in the form of Aaron. He looked at the plumbing problem we were facing and was able to quickly, but professionally offer a diagnosis. Then he looked at some other, totally unrelated house problems and applied his vast knowledge to help us deal with those. He even gave us an exciting restaurant recommendation! Action has uncovered a gem in this wonderful, personable employee. We look forward to working with him in the near future. We hope that this doesn’t embarrass Aaron in front of his fellow professionals, but if it does, every square inch of red face is well deserved. We’re drawing up adoption papers. I can't say enough about Zane and the other gentlemen that fixed our HUGE electrical issue. Our home would've burned down had they not caught the issues they did during their inspection. They spotted a handful of major fire risks and problems caused by shoddy work from previous companies and although the work was unplanned, (full replacements of meter, main panel and sub panel, rewiring all of it and then some, new outlet installs, new 250 box and outlets, new wiring, the circuits, etc) they saved us thousands and ultimately saved our house. Because it was urgent, they even cleared the crew's schedule for the day to make sure they could get our home done as quickly as possible.They walked us through everything, collected pictures and evidence of the damage and problems for possible H.O. insurance claims, explained it all very well and pretty much held our hands through the entire process.The work was done beautifully, everyone single one of the crewmen were super friendly and polite, a
