Was charged $575 for faucet reinstall . When I asked Patch Karr, why its so expensive, he said its because what they charge and it will probably be even more expensive starting next week. It took them a little less than an hour from identifying the issue to reinstalling the faucet. $575 was after they applied their $50 coupon and this was just for labor without any parts. Do not recommend.
Tyler in customer service was extremely helpful and patient with me. He stayed on the phone for 20 minutes while I tried to get ahold of my landlord and gave me tips to getting approval for service. Was professional, kind and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Tyler.
Alejandro arrived on time and went above and beyond for us. After he found out we were new home owners, he took the time to educate me on the ins and outs of the plumbing workflow of our home.
