We had an emergency plumbing leak in our basement over the weekend. I called All Hours Plumbing and they were at our house within an hour. Christian, who is a master plumber, fixed our issue and completely redesigned and installed all new pipes from our kitchen. He did fantastic, quick work and at a reasonable price. 10/10 recommend. When a floor drain backed up and flooded parts of our basement this past holiday weekend, James F. was the hero we needed. He showed up quickly, communicated clearly and helpfully what was going on, and managed to get the blockage causing the problem out in record time. He also connected us with a water damage company who could respond that evening. The speed and professionalism of his service was outstanding, and he even gave us estimates on faucet replacements while he was at it. This was the best experience possible, considering it was a plumbing emergency. Everyone in the office was incredibly nice and Joey, our technician, is an absolute lifesaver. He waited for hours while I fought with my HOA and city to turn off the gushing water and was incredibly thorough in the repair. The price was totally reasonable and the job was completed quickly.
