I had the pleasure of working with Brandon S. He came out for a late night plumbing emergency and was on time and responsive. Brandon was very respectful and explained to me the situation with care. It felt like he really had my best interest in mind. I would recommend this company to others! Update: Bret and Nate came to fix out blocked mainline that was backing up and overflowing into our home. They took great care of the place and made sure all of the blockage was removed (double checked and triple checked we are clear). They were kind and walked us through the entire process. They worked hard and spent long hours going above and beyond to get us up and running so we can have water running again so we can be more comfortable. They walked through our options and suggested what to do. They are experts in their field and made me feel really taken care of. I would recommend this company and they have earned a loyal customer. We are so lucky to have found All Hours. They've helped us in multiple situations and have always provided the best service. Most recently, we had furnace and plumbing issues occur within the same week! All Hours was quick to send someone for both occasions. First, we had Spencer and Scott figure out the problem with our furnace and help us work with our insurance to have a new one installed. Then we had Raul come out to look at some plumbing issues. He was the most knowledgeable plumber we've worked with yet and we appreciate his expertise so much! He was faster with the repair than we expected and his work was better than we could have imagined.
