I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. Last year we had our water heater start leaking. They came quickly and we had a new one installed within a few hours. Last night our air conditioner went out. They dispatcher answered the phone in the middle of the night and was super friendly and helpful despite the late hour. The service expert Megan was AMAZING! She went through the parts of the furnace and compressor and showed me what was wrong and never once made me feel like an idiot even though the malfunction was due to my lack of maintenance. Highly recommended!!!!

Colby from All Hours arrived right on time and was professional. He kept me advised of the work needed to complete my repair throughout the job. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem (which was completely different than what I had originally thought) and completed the repair of a pipe leaking into my wall quickly. I feel like he took extra steps to make sure everything was done correctly and let me know if additional maintenance I could perform to maintain my pipes in the future. What a great experience! Had a situation with leak on a Sunday. We received a friendly response and got on the schedule right away. Before arrival, we received a text confirmation with picture of technician. They were honest, professional and friendly.
