I had the furnace inspected some time ago and was advised that it may stop any day; old system, cracks, leaks, etc. I decided to replace the furnace and the A/C while it’s warm and dry outside, instead of ending up with a busted furnace when it’s a foot of snow outside. I had two bids from reputable companies and was ready to chose one of them. When I mentioned my plans to a relative, he indicated that he had used his brother’s recommendation to work with Bijan, and that I should talk to him. As I value these guys’ opinion, I called Bijan. He came at the appointed time and we discussed my needs. He explained the benefits of the hi tech, multi-stage appliances, as well as the drawbacks. Per his suggestion I opted for a less complicated furnace and A/C unit, which also saved me several thousands of dollars. We agreed to have the job done at 10 am a couple days after.
